Terms & Conditions

ThinkFuture Career Accelerator Community

Scope: These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the ThinkFuture Career Accelerator community membership (the web and app subscription). They do not apply to 1:1 Private Coaching, which is a separate service formalised under its own individual coaching agreement provided at signup.

By joining the ThinkFuture Career Accelerator ("Community"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before subscribing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to the Community, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement governed by the laws of SHAMS, UAE.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of SHAMS courts.

2. Membership & Access

Membership is granted upon successful payment via one of the published plans: 295 AED/month, 740 AED/quarter, or 2,450 AED/year. Every plan includes a 3-day free trial; if you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Membership grants access to the Community platform via web and mobile app.
Members are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials and for all activity under their account.

3. Community Content & Conduct

The Community provides discussion channels, networking opportunities, and content for professional growth.
All interactions must be respectful, professional, and aligned with UAE laws.
Harassment, hate speech, defamation, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform will result in immediate suspension or termination.
Administrators and coaches retain the right to monitor, moderate, and remove content in accordance with these Terms.

4. Courses & Tutorials

Gamified tutorials must be completed sequentially.
Job Hunting Tutorials include CV creation, LinkedIn optimisation, and interview preparation.
All educational materials are provided for career development purposes only and do not guarantee employment.

5. Opportunities Feed

The Community includes a curated feed of publicly available job opportunities for members' own research and reference.
ThinkFuture Career Accelerator is a career coaching and career development service. It is not a recruitment agency, does not place candidates, does not represent employers, and does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.
Members apply to any roles entirely at their own discretion and through the employer's or platform's own application process.

6. Leadership Board & Gamification

Members earn points for participation (posting, commenting, assisting others).
Points can be redeemed for perks such as coaching sessions, mentorship, and other benefits.
Membership levels are determined solely by ThinkFuture Career Accelerator.
Points and benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Events & Guest Sessions

Bi-weekly and monthly events may include coaching, fitness, mindset, and leadership sessions.
Attendance is optional; content is provided for educational purposes.
Recordings may be provided at ThinkFuture Career Accelerator's discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the Community, including videos, tutorials, documents, and discussions, is protected intellectual property of ThinkFuture Career Accelerator and its partners.
Members may not copy, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Subscription, Payments, and Cancellation

Payments are processed securely via our payment platform (Circle, using Stripe).
Plans are billed monthly (295 AED), quarterly (740 AED), or annually (2,450 AED), each starting with a 3-day free trial.
There is no contract: you may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period already paid for.
Failure to maintain payment may result in temporary or permanent loss of access.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime, with no notice period, directly from your account settings on the Community platform. If you cancel during your 3-day free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel afterwards, you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you will not be billed again.

If you cancel and later rejoin, your prior progress, points, and unlocked content may not automatically carry over, depending on how the platform is configured at that time.

10. Termination & Suspension

Membership may be suspended or terminated for:

Breach of Terms & Conditions
Illegal or inappropriate activity
Fraudulent payment activity

Members may cancel anytime via account settings. No refund is issued for the remaining days of a billing period already paid for.

11. Legal Compliance

All services, tutorials, and events are designed to comply with UAE law.
Members must use the Community lawfully and bear sole responsibility for compliance with UAE labor and professional laws in their career activities.
ThinkFuture Career Accelerator reserves the right to modify services or offerings to maintain legal compliance.

12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ThinkFuture Career Accelerator provides educational content, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
The Community does not guarantee employment, income, promotions, or specific career outcomes.
ThinkFuture Career Accelerator shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from membership or use of materials.
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThinkFuture Career Accelerator and its partners from any claims or disputes.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time.
Members will be notified of material changes via email or the platform.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
