Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

The short version: we don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this website. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to give us through our enquiry form or by booking a call, and we use it only to respond to you.

This Privacy Policy explains how ThinkFuture Career Accelerator ("ThinkFuture", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit thinkfutureaccelerator.com (the "Site") or use our services.

1. Who We Are

ThinkFuture Career Accelerator is a career coaching and career development service serving professionals across Dubai and the UAE, operated by ThinkTalent LLC, registered at Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE. For any privacy question or request, contact us at thinkfuture@thinktalent.global.

2. What Data We Collect

We only collect data you actively provide to us. We do not require an account to browse this Site, and we do not passively track your behaviour on it.

  • Enquiry form: if you use the "Enquire" form on this Site, we collect your name, email address, current role (optional) and any message you write. Submitting the form opens Calendly, our booking tool, in a new tab with your name and email pre-filled so you can book a call — this data is not stored on our own servers.
  • Booking a call: if you book a call via Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email and the details you provide there, under its own privacy policy.
  • Joining the Accelerator or 1:1 Coaching: checkout is handled by Circle (via Stripe). Payment details are entered directly with Circle/Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. See their respective privacy policies for how they handle payment data.
  • Direct contact: if you email us or message us on WhatsApp/LinkedIn, we hold that correspondence and any details you share in it.

3. Cookies

This Site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any similar tool, and we do not set any first-party tracking cookies.

The Site's typefaces are hosted on our own servers, so your browser makes no request to Google or any other font provider. No cookies are set and no personal data is shared for this purpose.

Because we don't use any non-essential cookies, this Site does not show a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes (for example, if we add analytics in future), we will add a cookie banner and update this section first.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to enquiries and book coaching or Accelerator calls.
  • To deliver the Accelerator membership or 1:1 Coaching service you've signed up for.
  • To send service-related communication (for example, about your membership or coaching engagement).
  • We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

Certain parts of the Site link out to, or hand off to, third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

  • Circle.so — hosts the Accelerator community and checkout.
  • Calendly — used to book coaching and enquiry calls.
  • Tamara — optional buy-now-pay-later payment for 1:1 Coaching (UAE and Saudi accounts). Tamara collects and processes your payment and identity details under its own privacy policy.
  • Stripe — optional credit/debit card payment for 1:1 Coaching. Stripe processes your card details under its own privacy policy; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Google Maps — our Reviews page links out to our public Google Business listing.
  • LinkedIn — our team's profile pages are linked for reference.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services once you leave our Site or interact with their embedded tools directly.

6. Data Retention

We keep enquiry and coaching-related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email thinkfuture@thinktalent.global and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Legal Basis & Applicable Law

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, submitting the enquiry form) and to take steps toward, or perform, a contract with you (for example, delivering a coaching package you've purchased). This policy is intended to reflect the principles of the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Visitors from the EU/UK or other regions may have additional rights under their own local data protection law; we aim to honour reasonable requests regardless of where you're writing from.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for working professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
